CHIFFON CAKES
Light, soft, airy, flavorful, and not-too-sweet kind of cake….Chiffon cakes are our family favorite. It is light enough to eat all day in every occasion…in the morning with a cup of coffee, lunch time dessert, and after dinner. It is also a big hit for kids parties, office parties, or get together parties.
Some Special diet can be accommodated such as dairy free, nut free, gluten free. (Although we are not certified as we bake in the same kitchen, we can use all gluten free ingredients for baking your cakes.)
Flavor choices: pandan, Kaffir lime-lemon grass (Award winning cake), taro (Award winning cake), purple sweet potato, Thai tea, green tea, mocha, coffee, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, orange, and lemon….see below for detail.
All cakes are layered with creme mousselline filling, flavored to compliment the cakes.
